Please review our summer protocol for camps and other events, and stay tuned for updates.

TSL CAMP SCHEDULING AND FINANCIALS

While our 2020 camp schedule has been set since January, we are also prepared to be somewhat fluid this summer and will adapt our camp schedule as needed. There are a lot of moving parts within our organization, but we have every intention of utilizing our staff this summer to produce great content in a variety of ways - including camps, small group training, expanded private lessons, summer leagues, and more.

We promise to do our best to keep to the schedule, and communicate when we need to make changes. In the event a camp or event is cancelled or postponed, registered players will be offered the option to be refunded or to attend another offering of ours (including a re-scheduled camp). This is part of our risk-free offer on registration this summer.

If you have any questions about your personal account or situation, please let us know and we'll be happy to work with you.

TSL CAMP GUIDELINES AND PROTOCOLS

All TSL camp procedures this summer will ultimately be based on local health department guidelines. We know everyone has questions about how everything will work this summer, so please feel free to contact us directly with any questions. We are in constant contact with the facilities that host us during the summer, as well as health departments and other resources within the events community - we'll do our best to answer questions, but don't know what is unknown.

We do feel it is important to acknowledge some of the steps we are taking this summer to do our part to stop the spread of coronavirus:

1) Our staff will be quarantined for 14-days immediately upon their arrival to Montana this summer. We plan to utilize the time to dial in camp operations and grow as a unit - we actually see this as an awesome opportunity for our staff to develop!

2) All camps will be limited in size. We already specialize in individualized and small group instruction at our camps, and we intentionally visit developing lacrosse communities where camp sizes are typically smaller. We're also able to split groups based on age, gender, and other factors when necessary. We strongly encourage families to not wait until the last minute to sign up, it's very important that we have a good understanding on each camp's overall numbers so we can plan accordingly.

3) Drop off and pick up will be contact free. This part is easy with our online registration having already been completed. Aside from the drop off/pick up windows, parents are welcome to stay and observe any/all of the camp from a safe distance.

4) Coaches will have their temperature checked daily. Parents will provide us a temperature of their child from that morning as part of check in. Players will need to come equipped with their own water (enough for the whole day) and personal hand sanitizer. Each child or sibling group will have their own area to keep gear, water, etc and there will be no sharing anything.

5) Staff will be limiting our exposure while traveling to the fields; we are a largely self-sufficient machine when we travel and will be there to work only.

6) We will have one staff member overseeing drop off/check in and that person will be wearing a mask during that period. Coaches will not be wearing masks during camp and we do not encourage players to either, it is not healthy to exercise while wearing a mask.

7) Registered campers will receive more detailed and specific guidelines for their particular camp via email. Since restrictions on group size, type of activity, etc. are constantly changing, we plan to wait as long as possible to finalize each camp's specifics.

8) Social distancing will be incorporated throughout camp; during drills, group talks, water breaks, etc.

9) Any and all group equipment like goals, cones, ball buckets will only be handled by coaches only and sanitized during set-up and take down daily.

10) We wholeheartedly believe in the medicine of lacrosse to heal.
