Improve your game this fall by training with Treasure State Lacrosse! The TSL Fall Tune-Ups are one-day training sessions where our coaches will guide players through proper mechanics, from shooting to defensive footwork, and make sure everyone gets lots of reps. We will cover essential skills that every player wants to improve on. Whether you are an advanced player or a new player looking to improve, everyone needs a little tune up now and then. It's time to get focused and get to work - or get left in the dust this spring! 

OPEN TO BOYS AND GIRLS IN GRADES 4th-12th! Only $20 per player

ALL PLAYERS MUST REGISTER ONLINE PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING

- players may attend all or part of the session

FALL TUNE UP PROGRAM SCHEDULE
4:00 - 4:50 PM: Stickwork
5:00 - 5:50 PM: Shooting & Individual Defense Training
6:00 - 6:50 PM: Team Offense/Defense
 

*Coaches are welcome to attend any or all of the Tune Up sessions. This is a great chance to come learn some new drills or techniques! TSL Staff will be available after Tune Ups for Q & A with attending coaches. No registration is required for coaches.
