It is with a heavy heart that we announce Treasure State Lacrosse is unfortunately forced to cancel the 2020 Montana Lacrosse Convention. It has always been our goal with this event to grow the lacrosse community throughout the region, through access to knowledgeable presenters and through learning alongside our peers - and being able to gather in person plays a substantial role towards attaining that goal. Unfortunately this year, with allowable group size and scheduling restrictions, we are just not able to put together an event like this and still maintain the quality of programming we’re committed to and value to each attendee. 

We will be shifting gears in the coming weeks to refocus into several areas for the winter months: 

• Online consulting for players regarding training and/or recruiting 

• In-person individual/small group training opportunities for players 

• Developing online programming for coaches

• Continuing to work with USLacrosse to host official and coach certification courses prior to the start of the spring season

In short, there are still plenty of ways for us to stay involved and stay active, and we’ll continue to be leaders in the education of the sport. We are also well into our 2021 summer programming; with new tournaments and Select Team opportunities already announced, and registration for the 2021 Montana Premier Lacrosse League summer season opening soon. We have informational zoom calls scheduled for Thursday, Dec 2, at 6 PM for Girls and 7 PM for Boys, and encourage anyone interested in learning more to attend.  

If you were already registered for the Convention or planning on attending, we are thankful for your support and are already looking forward to next year! We’ll be starting the process of refunding everyone who was registered today.
